The Gujarat Board of Ayurvedic & Unani systems of the Medicine is constituted for the purpose by an Act of Legislative Assembly of Gujarat State under the Gujarat Medical Practitioners Act 1963. This is an Act to provide for the constitution of Gujarat Board of Ayurvedic & Unani systems of the Medicine, and for the maintenance of a register of Indian Medicine for the State of Gujarat.
